1. 条款的接受
欢迎使用 MockLLM。访问或使用本软件及服务，即表示您同意受本服务条款约束。若您不同意，请勿使用。
2. 服务描述
MockLLM 提供在本地运行的大模型 / Agent 应用 Mock 服务，包括规则编辑、请求匹配、故障注入、实时日志与录制回放等功能，旨在帮助开发者在无需真实 LLM 调用的情况下进行调试与测试。
3. 账户与授权激活
桌面应用的基础功能无需注册账户。Pro 功能可通过 App Store 内购或离线激活码激活；激活码一经售出通常不予退款，除非适用法律另有要求。
4. 免费版与 Pro 版
免费版允许创建最多 10 条规则，包含基础故障类型。激活 Pro 版后解除规则数量限制，并解锁语义/模糊匹配、多轮流程（flow）与高级故障类型。具体权益以购买时页面说明为准。
5. 可接受使用
您不得将本软件用于任何违法、侵权或干扰他人系统之用途，包括但不限于：发起拒绝服务攻击、生成恶意内容、规避第三方服务的安全限制。我们有权在合理范围内限制违规使用。
6. 知识产权
MockLLM 软件及其原创内容（不含您创建的规则与数据）的知识产权归开发方所有。本条款不授予您任何源代码或商标权利。开源组件遵循其各自许可证。
7. 用户内容与数据
您对使用本软件创建的规则、日志与录制数据拥有全部权利与责任。这些数据默认仅存于本地，我们不承担因您本地数据丢失、损坏或被未经授权访问而导致的后果。
8. 免责声明
本软件按“现状”提供，不附带任何明示或暗示担保，包括适销性、特定用途适用性与非侵权。我们不保证软件无中断、无错误或以特定方式运行。
9. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，对于因使用或无法使用本软件而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害，开发方不承担责任。任何情况下的累计责任以您就本软件实际支付的金额（如有）为限。
10. 赔偿
您同意就因您违反本条款、滥用本软件或侵犯第三方权利而导致的一切索赔、损失与费用，对开发方予以赔偿并使其免受损害。
11. 终止
您可随时停止使用并卸载本软件。若您严重违反本条款，我们可暂停或终止您对 Pro 功能的访问。终止后，本条款中依性质应继续有效的部分仍然有效。
12. 适用法律
本条款的解释与适用受中华人民共和国法律管辖，不考虑其冲突法规则。因本条款产生的争议，双方应友好协商解决；协商不成的，提交有管辖权的人民法院处理。

1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to MockLLM. By accessing or using the software and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
2. Description of Service
MockLLM provides a locally running mock service for LLM & Agent applications, including rule editing, request matching, fault injection, live logging and record/replay — helping developers debug and test without real LLM calls.
3. Accounts & License Activation
Core desktop features require no account. Pro features can be activated via the App Store or an offline activation code. Activation codes are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Free and Pro Editions
The Free edition allows up to 10 rules and includes basic fault types. The Pro edition removes the rule limit and unlocks semantic/fuzzy matching, multi-turn flows and advanced fault types. Exact entitlements are as described at the point of purchase.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the software for any unlawful, infringing or disruptive purpose, including denial-of-service attacks, generation of malicious content, or circumventing third-party security. We may restrict abusive use where reasonable.
6. Intellectual Property
The software and its original content (excluding your rules and data) are owned by the developer. These terms grant no source-code or trademark rights. Open-source components follow their respective licenses.
7. User Content & Data
You retain all rights and responsibility for the rules, logs and recordings you create. This data is stored locally by default; we are not liable for loss, corruption or unauthorized access to your local data.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranty, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that it is uninterrupted, error-free or behaves in any specific way.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the software. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount you actually paid (if any).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the developer harmless from any claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of the software, or infringement of third-party rights.
11. Termination
You may stop using and uninstall the software at any time. If you materially breach these terms, we may suspend or terminate your access to Pro features. Provisions that by nature should survive will remain in effect.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be resolved amicably; failing that, they are submitted to the competent people’s court.
