MockLLM 是一款本地优先的 LLM / Agent 应用 Mock 服务器。本隐私政策说明我们在您使用软件与本站（mock-llm.com）时如何处理数据。我们的核心原则很简单：尽可能不收集数据，已收集的数据绝不外传。
2. 我们收集的信息
我们刻意将收集量降到最低：
- 应用使用：桌面应用无需注册，我们不收集账号信息。
- 支持沟通：当您通过邮件联系我们时，我们会收到您的邮箱地址与来信内容。
- Pro 购买：若您通过 App Store 内购升级 Pro，支付由 Apple 处理，我们不会收到任何银行卡或支付凭证信息。
- 离线激活：使用离线激活码时，我们仅验证激活码有效性，不收集使用行为。
3. 本地优先的数据处理
您创建的全部 Mock 规则、请求日志、录制回放数据都仅保存在您本地的设备/项目目录中（桌面版位于应用沙盒内），不会上传到我们的服务器，也不会在您未主动导出时离开您的机器。
4. 分析与遥测
MockLLM 默认不收集任何遥测数据——没有使用情况统计、没有崩溃上报、没有第三方分析 SDK。我们不知道您用它 mock 了哪些接口、发了哪些请求。
5. Cookie 与追踪技术
本站（mock-llm.com）仅使用保障基本功能所必需的 Cookie，不使用任何广告或跨站追踪 Cookie。桌面应用本身不使用 Cookie。您可在浏览器中禁用 Cookie，不影响本站内容阅读。
6. 第三方服务
我们仅在有必要时接入最少第三方：
- App Store / Apple：处理 Pro 内购与支付。
- GitHub：用于接收功能建议与问题反馈（Issue）。
除上述外，我们不接入任何分析、广告或数据经纪服务。
7. 数据保留
本地数据会在您删除对应项目或卸载应用时被清除。我们保留的支持邮件仅用于为您提供后续支持，不会用于其他目的。
8. 您的权利
根据适用法律法规（包括 GDPR 与《个人信息保护法》），您有权访问、更正、删除您的个人信息，并有权撤回同意。由于我们持有您的个人数据极少，您可直接通过下方邮箱联系我们行使上述权利。

1. Introduction
MockLLM is a local-first mock server for LLM & Agent apps. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data when you use the software and this site (mock-llm.com). Our principle is simple: collect as little as possible, and never share what we do collect.
2. Information We Collect
We deliberately minimize collection:
- App usage: The desktop app requires no registration; we hold no account data.
- Support communication: When you email us, we receive your address and message.
- Pro purchase: If you upgrade via the App Store, Apple processes payment; we never receive card or payment-credential data.
- Offline activation: With an offline activation code, we only validate the code — no usage behavior is collected.
3. Local-First Data Processing
All mock rules, request logs and recordings you create are stored only on your local device / project directory (the desktop app uses its sandbox). They are never uploaded to our servers and never leave your machine unless you explicitly export them.
4. Analytics & Telemetry
By default MockLLM collects zero telemetry — no usage stats, no crash reporting to third parties, no analytics SDK. We do not know which endpoints you mock or what requests you send.
5. Cookies & Tracking
This site (mock-llm.com) uses only cookies essential to basic functionality; we use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The desktop app itself uses no cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser without affecting readability.
6. Third-Party Services
We integrate the minimum necessary third parties:
- App Store / Apple: processes Pro in-app purchases and payments.
- GitHub: receives feature requests and issue reports.
Beyond these, we integrate no analytics, advertising or data-broker services.
7. Data Retention
Local data is removed when you delete the project or uninstall the app. Support emails we retain are used solely to assist you and for no other purpose.
8. Your Rights
Under applicable laws (including GDPR and PIPL), you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Because we hold very little of your personal data, you can exercise these rights by contacting us at the email below.
